I was born in the 8th of August 1972 in the city of bejaia a coastal town in the eastern of Algeria. I have a Bachelor degree in English teaching and a Mater in Business Administration from l’UQAM. I started my career in 1999 as Expat Personal Administrator in Shlumberger Algeria , then i occupied the post of Human Ressources Manager in Shlumber Tunisia. In 2004, i founded a vocational training center INSIM BEJAIA , followed by another one in the region of Setif which are subsidies of one of the biggest vocational training group in Algeria INSIM. In 2014 I have initiated a carrer center and and an entrepreneurship center. By September 2015, i have been elected President of the Algerian Project Management Association APMA, and currently enrolled in a DBA Program from the American Leadership University of Florida.
